Finding out about the fall

A person may not yet have fallen but they may be unsteady or at risk of falling for a number of reasons. These resources can be helpful to facilitate conversations or help a person to think about how they feel in relation to falling.

This Falls Prevention Checklist for Professionals has been designed to be a quick reference screening tool which indicates the main risk factors of falling and prompts referrals to other agencies who can provide more intervention or complete an assessment.
